Five citizens killed and wounded after police opened fire

HRANA News Agency – In two separate incidents, three men were killed, a baby and a woman got injured when Iran Police opened fire on them without warning.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), the first incident took place on Wednesday 10 September, 2014 during which a man named “Abdollah Moradzehi” was killed instantly  after he was shot in his neck, chest and stomach.
During the shooting which took place while the family were travelling from Zahedan to Khash, his wife and one of his two children were seriously injured.
A well informed source who prefers to remain anonymous has told HRANA reporter: “ Abdollah Moradzehi had a convenient shop in Khahs and he went to Zahedan to buy supplies on the day of the incident. He was shot by a NAJA police officer ( Mersad Police)  while he was travelling back from Zahedan . No warning was given to them and the shots were fired directly (from the front) to the car passengers.”
The source continued: “Abdollah Moradzehi’s wife and one of his children were seriously injured. His wife whose life is in critical condition is transferred from Khash to Zahedan Hospital”.
The source also added: “The officer responsible for shooting is Second Lieutenant “Mohsen Bandohi” who is suffering from mental and psychological problems and based on the report of Forensic pathology he was not mentally fit to carry fire arms.”
The second incident happened on Thursday, 11 September, 2014 at Dehbandan Police Post (a rural area of Nukabad district in Khash County) during which Mersad police officers shot at Peugeot 405 passengers. The shooting caused the vehicle to fell off a bridge and set fire to the vehicle which burned both passengers to death.
The well informed source explained to HRANA reporter:” two young men were at the vehicle in this incident and officers opened fire at them without warning, with no clear reasons. Both passengers were burned to death”
