Another Political Prisoner of Uremia Prison Transferred to Solitary Confinement

HRANA News Agency – Hassan Kamal Ramazan, Syrian political prisoner of Uremia prison, has been transferred to solitary confinement (controlled by the revolutionary guards), and Yousef Kakeh Mami is still kept in intelligence service detention centre.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Hassan Kamal Ramazan has been transferred to the detention centre of intelligent service of Uremia on June 24 at 3 pm. Yousef Kakeh Mami, another prisoner of this prison, after 10 days still is kept in solitary confinement.
Yousef Kakeh Mami was summoned to branch number 6 of Uremia court on charge of propaganda against the regime and contacting foreign media on June 23. This is while this prisoner has been transferred to solitary confinement on June 15 and never had any contact even with his family since, and there is no information regarding his status.
By this summon, it seems that Uremia intelligence service wants to profile a new case for Yousef Kakeh Mami and put more pressure on this political prisoner. Yousef Kakeh Mami is a resident of Mahabad who was arrested in 2008 on charge of cooperation with PJAK and sentenced to 9 years in prison. He was serving this sentence in ward number 12 of Uremia prison, before his transfer.
Hassan Kamal Ramazan is a Syrian prisoner of Uremia prison who is arrested by intelligence service of IRGC, on charge of acts against the national security by cooperating with PJAK, and still have not had court arraignment. His court session is scheduled for July 4.
