3 Civil Activists Released on the Bail from Tabriz Prison

HRANA News Agency – Rasoul Razavi, one of the detainees of the “Quds Day” was released on the bail from Tabriz Central Prison. Hossein Rakhshani kia and Sevindik Lotfi, had been released over the past days.
According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency in Iran (HRANA), these activists were released temporarily, on a bail of 50 million Tomans, while they had been charged with “propaganda against the regime” and, “disturbing public opinion” by the Court Branch 19, presided by Judge Samadi, in Tabriz.
According to the reports, these activists were held in detention centers run by the security-intelligence department of the police force in Tabriz, and have been interrogated there. There is no exact information yet, about the identity of the fourth detained person.
Rasoul Razavi, one of the detainees, had been arrested also in 2013, following his civil activities, and charged with propaganda against the regime, and sentenced to one year imprisonment.
On Friday, 11th July, during the “Quds Day” demonstrations, civil activists in Tabriz showed their support for China’s Turk Muslims in Uighur by holding placards and banners in this regard. Also in a similar protest in the city of Ahar, two other activists, Ebrahim Noori and Milad Azimi had been arrested and interrogated for hours by the security forces.
